Job DetailsPRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Component and assembled part layout in accordance to drawingFinished goods auditLine Romer for quality concernsSupport / Engage in solutions driven by deviations requestedSupport Calibration system (inspection, test equipment, functional gages)Complete capability studies on critical, major and minor characteristicsDocument & record data collected on inspection formsPromote quality workmanship that meets and/or exceeds customer expectationsAssist with organization of non-conformance areaSupport Operations with non-conformance (NCMR) process, inspect partsFollow ITAR processes when appropriatePerform other duties as directed by ManagerEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:1-2 years' experience working in a similar position is preferredSKILLS AND ABILITIES:Quality plans and controls knowledgeGauging knowledge neededCMM knowledge preferredStrong communication skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsDetail OrientedMust have the ability to lift, push, pull 50 poundsMust have the ability to stand, sit and walk at least 75% of the time.EEO M/F/VET/DISABILITY/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity
