The Role This is an entry‑level Business Operations Analyst role for a high‑trajectory operator. You will function as the executive team’s go‑to person, helping the company move faster, stay aligned, and execute at a high level. Growth Trajectory This role is designed for someone who wants ownership from Day 1 and is excited about growing quickly by the nature of the role. Our hope is that you will become a thought partner and grow into an expanded role as the company scales. What You’ll Do Help triage and execute requests for the operations team – coordinate and manage incoming requests, handling what you can directly. Own product quality – QA new features before release, document bugs, spot‑check the live product, and help coordinate fixes. Help manage customer communications – draft and send announcements, release notes, and other customer‑facing updates; triage support escalations as needed. Track and synthesize product feedback – maintain a system for logging customer requests and surface patterns to the product team. Create explainer content – record videos for customers, internal training, and sales enablement. Help run our operational infrastructure – Notion, project management systems, and internal workflows. Build and maintain analytics – create dashboards and reporting for product usage, business metrics, and customer health; interpret and share insights. Automate and scale – identify repetitive work and build tools or automations (using AI, Zapier, scripts, etc.) to make the team faster. Who You Are Uncompromisingly detail‑oriented – when you say something is done, it’s actually done. A builder by instinct – you’ve made your own AI tools, automations, or systems to solve problems. Strong writer who can communicate clearly across formats (Slack, docs, video, email). Calm and effective when reactive work piles up; you know how to triage. Intellectually curious and technically comfortable – you’ll learn new tools fast. Proactive and high‑ownership; you don’t wait to be told what to do. Excited to grow quickly in a high‑trust, high‑autonomy environment. Who You’ll Work With & Learn From You will work directly and daily with Blee’s leadership team in close collaboration with the rest of the company. This role gives you a front‑row seat to how a fast‑scaling, venture‑backed company is built. Requirements Degree from a top‑ranked university. 1–3 years of experience in operations, business analytics, or a similar high‑output role. Based in NYC and willing to come into the office 3 days a week.
