Quality Manager: Government Compliance & Process Improvement

Cherokee Federal is seeking a Quality Manager to oversee quality assurance and quality control activities at the USCIS National Records Center or Harrisonburg File Storage Facility. The ideal candidate will lead a team of quality auditors, ensure compliance with government regulations, and support process improvements. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree, at least three years of relevant experience, and obtain a Six Sigma Black Belt certification within 180 days of hire.
