Our organization has built more than 3.5 million square feet of projects, with an additional 300,000 square feet currently under construction. The Intrinsic Development team has successfully developed everything from hospitality venues, to mixed-use, multi-family, hotels, clinics, offices and restaurants across 6 Midwestern states. We are excited to expand into Lees Summit, Missouri which will be the new home for our corporate office. This expansion coincides with the launch of our new 260+ acre mixed-use development, which will feature approximately 2,900 luxury multi-family units, as well as over 660,000 square feet of retail, office, entertainment, hospitality space, and other related commercial uses./ppACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST POSITION: The Accounts Payable Specialist will be a key member of our accounting team, primarily focused on high-volume accounts payable processing. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of their responsibilities, ensuring accurate and timely payments, and contributing to continuous process improvement. Teamwork is essential, as youll collaborate closely with other Accounting Team members and several other departments to maintain strong financial controls across multiple entities./ppACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST RESPONSIBILITIES:/pulliTake full ownership of the high-volume accounts payable process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payment/liliPerform cash and bank reconciliations for assigned entities/liliReconcile credit card statements and manage related documentation/liliProcess inter-company billings as needed/liliSupport general ledger reconciliation and analysis for assigned entities/liliAssist with other accounting tasks and special projects as assigned by the Accounting Manager/li/ulpACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST REQUIREMENTS:/pulliHands on AP experience or Bachelors Degree in Accounting/lili1+ years of hands on AP/AR or general accounting experience./liliProficient with excel/liliProficient in Microsoft Office products/liliAbility to work in fast paced environment/liliExcellent organizational skills and analytical abilities/liliAbility to meet tight deadlines/liliAbility to work well in a collaborative environment/li/ul/div
