Our organization has built more than 3.5 million square feet of projects, with an additional 300,000 square feet currently under construction. The Intrinsic Development team has successfully developed everything from hospitality venues, to mixed-use, multi-family, hotels, clinics, offices and restaurants across 6 Midwestern states. We are excited to expand into Lees Summit, Missouri which will be the new home for our corporate office. This expansion coincides with the launch of our new 260+ acre mixed-use development, which will feature approximately 2,900 luxury multi-family units, as well as over 660,000 square feet of retail, office, entertainment, hospitality space, and other related commercial uses./ppACCOUNTING CLERK POSITION: Our Accounting Clerk will assist our accounting department with daily, full-cycle accounting responsibilities. You will take ownership of your assigned accounting responsibilities while offering suggestions for process improvement. Our Accounting Team members work closely together so a Team Player mentality is a must!/ppACCOUNTING CLERK RESPONSIBILITIES:/pulliPrimary responsibilities will focus on accounts payable processing./liliResponsible for cash and bank reconciliations/liliHandle the full cycle accounting for several entities/liliReconcile credit card statement for assigned entities/liliPrepare multi-state sales tax reports/liliAssist with processing payroll as needed/liliProcess inter-company billings/liliResponsible for General Ledger reconciliation and analysis for assigned entities/liliComplete special accounting projects as needed and assigned by Accounting Manager/li/ulpACCOUNTING CLERK REQUIREMENTS:/pulliHands on AP experience or Bachelors Degree in Accounting/lili1+ years general accounting experience./liliExperience with processing sales tax reports./liliExpert level excel/liliProficient in Microsoft Office products/liliAbility to work in fast paced environment/liliExcellent organizational skills and analytical abilities/liliAbility to meet tight deadlines/liliAbility to work well in a collaborative environment/li/ul/div
