Administrative Assistant - Accounting Office

Job Description Job Description DSB Services | Accounting & Business Services DSB Services is a growing accounting and business services firm, and we’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our day-to-day operations and help keep the office running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, professional, and enjoys supporting a fast-paced business environment. What You’ll Do As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting leadership and ensuring efficient office operations, including: Drafting professional correspondence, emails, and internal documents Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings Answering and routing inbound phone calls in a professional manner Greeting and assisting clients and visitors (in person or virtually, if applicable) Creating, organizing, and maintaining filing systems (digital and physical) Assisting with general office tasks and administrative projects as needed Supporting the team with ad hoc administrative and clerical duties What We’re Looking For Previous experience in office administration, administrative support, or a related role Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professional demeanor and customer-service mindset Proficiency with basic office technology (email, calendars, document management) Company Description CPA Firm that focuses on the Small Business and Individual Needs Company Description CPA Firm that focuses on the Small Business and Individual Needs
