As a Branch Manager in a Chase Branch, you will be at the forefront of delivering attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment that puts employees and clients first. You will lead and manage all aspects of the branch, including growing deposits and investments, operations, and coaching the team for success. Encourage ongoing learning and development within the team to keep skills sharp and stay ahead in the industry. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills Passion for creating exceptional experiences and ability to set the tone in the branch, ensuring every client feels valued and every team member is part of a dynamic and engaging culture. Outstanding leadership skills with a proven track record of coaching and empowering employees, helping them achieve remarkable results and grow in their roles. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, changing environment, using strong decision‑making skills to navigate challenges and lead the team confidently. Experience creating and maintaining a strong risk and control environment, demonstrating a steadfast commitment to operational integrity and adherence to policies. Strong desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect team, partners, and clients with technology, making it accessible and exciting for all. 2+ years of management, retail banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience. High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent. Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings. Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills College degree or military equivalent. Training and Travel Requirement Successfully complete the Branch Manager Training Program before being considered for placement as a Branch Manager. Ability to travel as required for in‑person training and meetings; some travel may be out‑of‑state.
