SF Solution Architect (Part-Time)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SF Solution Architect to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have significant experience leading Employee Central implementations and a proven track record as a SuccessFactors Architect. This role involves working two days per week for a total of 93 days throughout the contract period. The position requires defining landscape strategy, supporting module integrations, and ensuring effective design and integration with S4/HANA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement the landscape strategy for SuccessFactors solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and technical requirements.
• Provide support for the design and implementation of module integrations, ensuring seamless integration between various SuccessFactors modules.
• Support integration design processes for point-to-point integration with S4/HANA, ensuring data consistency and effective system communication.
• Utilize deep knowledge of S4/HANA, Payroll, and SuccessFactors to guide implementation and integration strategies effectively.

Qualifications:

• Must have current SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certifications.
• Extensive experience as a lead on Employee Central implementations and prior SuccessFactors Architect experience with actual implementations.
• Proven ability to define landscape strategy, support module integrations, and design integrations with S4/HANA. Strong understanding of S4/HANA, Payroll, and SuccessFactors is required.
• Prior experience in the public sector is highly desirable.
• Willingness to travel to Florida approximately 10% of the time.

Additional Information:

• The role requires a commitment of two days per week.
• The contract will run from August 19, 2024, to July 28, 2025.
