Maintenance Technician (Milford and Framingham)

We are currently hiring a Maintenance Technician based in Framingham and Milford, Massachusetts. The Technician will preform maintenance, repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance across Kennedy Community Health facilities. Helps ensure buildings and equipment remain safe, functional, compliant, and well-maintained through timely completion of work orders and routine inspections.

Essential Functions:

• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and work orders for buildings, equipment, and facility systems.
• Complete basic carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and general building repairs.
• Maintain facility grounds, including snow removal, sidewalks, parking areas, and grounds equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance, inspections, and operational testing of facility equipment and life safety systems.
• Document maintenance activities, inspections, testing, and repairs using maintenance management systems.
• Support regulatory compliance by maintaining records and assisting with required inspections and testing.
• Collaborate with the Facilities team, vendors, and staff to maintain safe, functional, and well-maintained facilities across all Kennedy Community Health locations.

Education and Experience: 

• Experience with preventive maintenance, inspections, and facility repairs; healthcare or commercial facility experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and working knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices.
• Strong troubleshooting, organization, and documentation skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work independently, and communicate effectively with staff, vendors, and leadership.
