In this role, you will service all equipment according to an established service schedule and troubleshoot and rectify any potential problems for all our loyal clients. We believe that doing a quality job properly is the only way to do it.Responsibilities:Service all residential equipment according to an established service schedule and company standards and within acceptable time frames as well as troubleshoot and rectify potential problems on location.Interact with homeowners to educate, build relationships, and understand and address their HVAC concerns.Document legibly and accurately all work completed according to company policy and submit daily.Build and maintain customer relations in the field to ensure excellent customer service and enhance the company's image.Follow all safety procedures, including following all safe driving habits and not utilizing mobile devices in vehicles.Job Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required3+ years of experience working in residential or commercial HVACEPA – Universal CertificationValid driver's license with a clean driving recordExcellent written, verbal, and active listening skillsExceptional customer service skillsTechnical knowledgeStrong organizational skills and problem-solving skillsAbility to work individually and as part of a teamThe starting base hourly rate for this position is $30-50 per hour. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position.
