What You'll Do

• Assist with the planning, preparation, and execution of events and promotional activities
• Welcome and engage with customers, attendees, and community members
• Represent our organization in a friendly and professional manner
• Help coordinate event setup, materials, displays, and activities
• Provide information about programs, services, and promotional initiatives
• Support community outreach and customer engagement efforts
• Assist with event registration, attendee questions, and general event needs
• Work closely with team members to help ensure successful events and positive experiences
• Collect customer and attendee feedback and share insights with the team
• Help maintain organized event materials and supplies
• Contribute ideas to improve future events and engagement activities
