• Experience: Prior Rheumatology experience preferred but not required

Pay & Benefits:

• Pay Rate: Hourly rate is $1.00 (note: salary structure detailed below)
• Compensation:
  • Base salary of $300,000/year for 40 hours/week
  • Productivity bonus potential, total compensation up to $500,000/year
• Bonuses & Stipends:
  • $50,000 signing bonus
  • Up to $10,000 relocation assistance
  • $5,000 annual CME and Board Certification support
  • Loan repayment options (monthly, quarterly, or annual stipend)

What You’ll Do:

• Provide 100% outpatient rheumatology care at the BVHS Wellness Park
• Create a personalized schedule: part-time, full-time, or week-on/week-off
• Manage a patient mix and age group of your choice
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of medical and surgical specialists
• Participate in weekly CME and Mayo Clinic Care Network programs
• Use Cerner EMR integrated across inpatient and outpatient settings
• Optional teaching opportunities for medical students and APP trainees
• Leverage Mayo Clinic eConsults, eBoards, and AskMayoExpert tools
• Enjoy full practice autonomy and influence on clinic operations
• Access a full care team supported by hospitalist support for inpatient needs

What You Need:

Required:

• MD or DO degree
• Ohio Medical License or ability to obtain one
• Board Certified or Eligible in Rheumatology

Preferred:

• Prior outpatient Rheumatology experience
• Strong collaborative and communication skills
• Commitment to quality patient care
