Job Summary The Operations Manager role ismainly toimplement the right processes and practices across the organization. The specific duties of anOperationsManager include formulating strategy, improving performance, procuringmaterial andresourcesand securing compliance. You should be ready to mentor your team members, find ways to increase the quality of customer service and implement best practices across all levels.You’llbe trusted to help the company remain compliant, efficient, and profitableduring the course ofbusiness. Job Duties and Responsibilities Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way. Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices. Purchase materials, plan inventory, and oversee warehouse efficiency. Help the organization’s processes remain legally complaint. Formulate strategic and operational objectives. Examine financial data and use it to improve profitability. Manage budgets and forecasts. Perform quality controls and monitor production and KPI’s. Recruit, train, and supervise staff. Find ways to increase the quality of customer service. Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Specific knowledge or skills related to the position. Certifications (list only if required or preferred for the position). Licenses (list only if required or preferred for the position). Additional skills related to personality (interpersonal skills, technology skills, or other). Education and Experience 3+ years of experience as an Operations Assistant, Manager, or similar role. Bachelor’s or master’sdegree required. Experience within the telecommunications industry preferred. Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management. Experience budgeting and forecasting. Familiarity with business and financial principals. Excellent communication and leadership ability. Outstanding organizational skills. Physical Requirements Physical abilities (lift requirements, standing, sitting). Specific equipment safety usage.
