Account Administrative Support (Domestic Sales)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Administrative Support (Domestic Sales) to join one of our clients in Davie, a dietary supplement manufacturing company. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in account management, customer relations, and sales support. This is not an outside sales role. This position is primarily inside sales and customer service focused managing assigned customer accounts and acting as the internal point of contact for clients.

Davie, FL Monday Friday | 8:30 AM 5:00 PM Salary: $50,000 $55,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Support Account Executives with customer accounts and daily operations
• Process purchase orders and customer documentation
• Track orders, prepare reports, and maintain account records
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Purchasing, QA, Packaging, and Logistics
• Monitor open orders and follow up to ensure timely completion
• Prepare quotes, spreadsheets, presentations, and customer documentation
• Participate in customer meetings and account management activities
• Collaborate with the Marketing team on presentations and sales materials
• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales department
• Learn internal processes and develop into a full Account Executive role

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
• 23 years of experience in customer service, sales support, account coordination, project coordination, or administrative support
• Bilingual English and Spanish
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Manufacturing, dietary supplement, or CPG experience is a plus
