Medical Assistant
Michigan Institute of Urology is seeking a Medical Assistant to join our Novi office. Whether you are a recent graduate or an experienced Medical Assistant, we would love to hear from you.
At Michigan Institute of Urology, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives while gaining valuable experience in a specialty practice known for exceptional patient care.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday Start time between 6:30 AM 8:00 AM Approximately 8.5-hour shifts 40 hours per week No weekends
What You'll Do:
Welcome and room patients Obtain and document vital signs and medical histories Assist providers with patient care and clinical procedures Prepare patients for urological procedures and treatments Coordinate clinical workflow to ensure an outstanding patient experience Support a collaborative team environment focused on quality care
What We're Looking For:
Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program required New graduates welcome to apply (externship must be completed) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and patient service abilities Ability to work efficiently in a busy clinical setting Positive attitude and willingness to learn Team player who enjoys helping patients and coworkers succeed
