Customer Service Representative

Mx Petroleum Corp

MX Fuels and Propane is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team! This position will be based out of our Massena, NY office. Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries, either in-person or over the phone. Assist customer with concerns or issues regarding company policies and products we provide. Basic accounting related duties. Post payments to customer accounts. Work in a team environment. Various other duties as required. Requirements: Highly organized. Customer Service experience preferred. Detail-oriented. Friendly. Proficient with typing on both computer and keyboard and calculator.
