Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Provide outpatient physical therapy services in Creve Coeur, MO, focused on orthopedic and functional recovery. Evaluate assigned patients, develop and modify individualized treatment plans, document care accurately, and communicate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members. Supervise and delegate to therapy support personnel and participate in student education as assigned. Maintain professional licensure and comply with state practice act, organizational policies, and safety procedures.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Missouri physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings preferred.
• Demonstrated competency in completing comprehensive evaluations, goal writing, functional outcome assessment, and documentation in compliance with regulatory and payer requirements.
• Ability to perform safe patient handling and follow clinic safety protocols.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Experience participating in student clinical education.
• Familiarity with letters of medical necessity and charge entry processes.

Assignment Details

• Shift pattern: 5x8.
