What You'll Do:

• Perform patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and observe clinical changes
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and wound care following physician orders
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Educate patients and families about treatments, medications, and post-discharge care
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and stabilize patients as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with facility policies and procedures

What You Need:

• Valid Michigan RN license
• BLS certification (or equivalent)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Med Surg/Telemetry
• Strong assessment skills and critical thinking
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
