Join our team as a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT), where you'll use evidence-based techniques to transform patients' lives. Your primary responsibilities include evaluating and providing treatment services to a variety of patients, focusing on the hand and upper extremities.

Your responsibilities as a Certified Hand Therapist include:

• Providing evaluation and timely treatment services to a variety of patients in accordance with physician referral and Plan of Care, focusing on the hand and upper extremities
• Delivering evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to exceed their functional outcome
• Demonstrating a positive connection with patient, fellow clinicians, and other team members
• Building and maintaining relationships throughout the community

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an approved occupational therapy program
• State Licensure
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association

Compensation & Bonus Structure:

• Base Salary: $83,000 - $110,000 / year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for meeting daily visit thresholds
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 available in select locations!
