Now Hiring: Certified Forklift Operator / Heavy Equipment Operator

Location: Odessa, Texas

Job Duties but not limited too :

• Safely operate forklifts, telehandlers, skid steers, loaders, and other heavy equipment.
• Load, unload, transport, and stage materials in a safe and efficient manner.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and complete required documentation.
• Report equipment issues and maintenance needs promptly.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards.
• Assist with inventory control, warehouse activities, and material management.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to achieve productivity goals.
• Follow all operational procedures and safety protocols.
• Anything asked of upper management as duties can change

Required Qualifications

• Valid Forklift Operator Certification.
• 2+ years of forklift and/or heavy equipment operating experience.
• Experience operating multiple types of industrial equipment.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening, if required.
• Preferred Qualifications
• OSHA Safety Training Certification.
• Experience in construction, oilfield, manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse environments.
• Knowledge of preventive equipment maintenance.
• CDL is a plus but not required.
