• Evaluate test results for precision, address discrepancies, and carry out regular maintenance and calibration of lab equipment.
• Support specimen collection efforts and prepare samples for diagnostic testing as needed.
• Document every procedure meticulously, assist in training new personnel, and maintain the high standards of laboratory excellence.
• Ensure a clean, safe working environment while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, and preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Obtaining ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of joining the team.
• Maintain current certification status during your employment.
