Position Summary Castelli is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join Castelli’s E-Commerce team in the United States. This position plays an important role in marketing and brand communications within the e-commerce ecosystem which encompasses email, our customer database, website content management, and digital advertising. This position is on‑site at our offices in Carlsbad, CA. Key Responsibilities Email Communications Work with the marketing/e-commerce teams to re‑purpose global emails and create engaging campaigns unique to the US market. Set up and send weekly emails, update automated workflows, and ensure that campaigns are sent out correctly and on schedule. Research endemic and non‑endemic email and content strategy; use those learnings to improve US email communications. Must have strong communication skills (written and visual) and demonstrated understanding of how to correctly use brand assets. CRM Oversee the US customer database and ensure accurate capture/categorization of customer attributes. Proactively create segmented lists within the database based on criteria such as demographics, behavior, etc. to better understand customers and refine communications. Content Management Update the visual content of the US website homepage and ensure correct brand voice and messaging. Organize and format content for storytelling and editorial pages. Digital Advertising Coordinate with our digital agency to ensure that paid ad campaigns are launched on time and deliver strong results. Refine global marketing assets for communications in the US market. Experience with Photoshop and Illustrator preferred. Analytics and Reporting Track the performance of email and digital marketing campaigns, analyze KPIs such as click‑through rates, new customer acquisition, etc, and report the results to the team. Use data analysis to make informed recommendations for future email campaigns and CRM strategies. Required Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in marketing and brand communications. Demonstrated experience with an email marketing or CRM platform (Hubspot, Sales Force, etc.). Ability to deliver original work that aligns with brand standards. Experience in work environments that have highly dynamic activation timelines. Clear, professional communication and organizational skills. A strong team player that collaborates effectively with internal and external teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience with digital tools such as CMS, DAM, etc. Experience in apparel/cycling industry or familiarity with seasonal product activation cycles. Experience working with international teams and across time zones. Familiarity with design tools a plus. Passion for cycling and an understanding of cycling culture.
