No experience required. Full training provided. Responsibilities Provide one‑on‑one ABA services to clients, using evidence‑based interventions that support independence and positive behavior. Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill‑building and care plans. Record session data accurately with electronic devices. Create a positive learning environment and connect with families. Collaborate with families and other providers to enhance treatment effectiveness. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with Autism. Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations. Reliable transportation. Required Information Services will be provided in clients’ homes or community locations. All positions start as part‑time. Required to complete the 40‑hour Registered Behavior Technician course. Minimum 6‑month commitment. Preferred Experience Education or early childhood development. Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide roles. After‑school programs or camp counseling. Behavioral health, mental health, or social services. ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism. Supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one. No experience?
