ABOUT THE POSITION

PLG is seking an experienced, skilled, and committed Front Desk Coordinator to join our rapidly expanding team. Primary responsibilities include answering multi-line phone calls, greeting client, managing incoming and outgoing faxes, and managing incoming and outgoing mail. This is a full-time (40 hrs/wk), on-site position. Bilingual translation skills in Spanish preferred.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As the Front Desk Coordinator, you are the first impression for our firm, whether answering the phone or greeting clients in person. You offer clients a glimpse of what they can expect throughout their time as a PLG client. The importance of this cannot be overstated.

On the clerical side, you will handle digital filing, organizing, archiving, and safeguarding documents, and performing notation entries into our case management systems are of importance in maintaining impeccable data storage and confidentiality.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3–5 years of previous clerical or receptionist experience (required)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• A friendly, professional disposition and the ability to handle busy or stressful moments with composure
• Proficiency in MS Office and Clio Grow and Clio Manage
• The ability to interpret in Spanish is a plus
