Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy services to two students in accordance with their IEP goals

• Maintain clear and accurate documentation on student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to foster an inclusive classroom environment
• Provide consultative support to classroom staff for student mobility, equipment, and accommodations
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing student evaluations
• Advocate for each student’s physical development and independence
