We’re Hiring: BIM Coordinator
Boston, MA | EFR Mechanical
EFR Mechanical is looking for a detail-obsessed and tech-savvy BIM Coordinator to bring plumbing systems to life—digitally. You’ll be the glue between design and execution, ensuring flawless coordination on commercial plumbing projects.
What You'll Be Doing:
Develop and manage 3D plumbing models (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks)
Detect clashes and resolve coordination issues
Generate construction drawings & schedules
Train and support staff on BIM tools
Collaborate closely with PMs, engineers & field teams
Stay sharp on emerging BIM technology and workflows
What We’re Looking For:
BIM coordination experience (especially in construction or MEP)
Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD
Knowledge of plumbing systems & construction drawings
Strong communicator & collaborator
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality
Must have prior plumbing and hvac modeling experience
