Job Description Restaurant Server Assistant / Busser - Full-Time Serve with Purpose at Falcons Landing Falcons Landing is seeking dedicated and personable Server Assistants to support our upscale dining services. This is more than a hospitality role-it’s an opportunity to provide exceptional service to retired military officers and their families in a warm, respectful, and community-driven environment. As a Server Assistant, you will play a key role in creating a seamless dining experience by supporting servers, maintaining an inviting atmosphere, and ensuring every resident feels valued and cared for.
