Branch Manager

Synergy3 Home Solutions is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to oversee our HVAC, plumbing, and insulation operations. The ideal candidate will manage the facility, staff, vehicles, warehouse, and inventory, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and a strong commitment to operational excellence. Location Edison, NJ Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and productivity. Supervise and lead the branch staff, fostering a positive work environment and motivating team members to achieve performance goals. Oversee the maintenance and organization of the facility, ensuring it meets safety and operational standards. Manage the fleet of vehicles, scheduling maintenance and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Coordinate warehouse operations, including inventory management, distribution, and logistics. Monitor inventory levels, placing orders as needed to ensure stock availability while minimizing excess inventory. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards. Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, service delivery, and customer satisfaction. Maintain clear communication with the Director of Operations and provide regular updates on branch performance, challenges, and opportunities. Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact operations or customer service. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field preferred. Proven experience in branch management, preferably in the HVAC, plumbing, or insulation industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in inventory management and logistics. Familiarity with relevant regulations and safety standards in the HVAC and plumbing sectors. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
