Opportunities for growth, mentorship, and skill development. Job Summary Responsible for the assembly of product of pool covers. May be responsible for Cutting, Cross Seaming, webbing or stitching. Performance in creating a quality product. Responsibilities Train with highly skilled leaders in all areas of swimming pool production Ensure a safe working environment while performing assigned tasks. Manufacturing experience such as heat‑seals welding, kit‑building, light fabricating, cutting, and sewing encouraged, but not necessary. Punctual and detail‑oriented Experience using power tools, hand tools, and sewing machines. Work on a team of dedicated associates manufacturing swimming pools and pool components like thermoformed steps, structural foam molding of polymer panels, etc. Qualifications MUST HAVE 2 years’ experience in manufacturing Sewing Must have 0-3 years of semi‑automated machines, and the use of hand tools 0-3 years in manufacturing or production Ability to read basic English and have good communication skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to multitask, work on a team, work independently, and the ability to work with one’s hands Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, stand for 8‑12 hour shifts, able to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to multitask, work on a team, and work independently. Ability to work with one’s hands and be able to use hand tools such as drills and hammers. Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, stand for 8‑10 shifts, able to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to work overtime as needed.
