Pizza Manufacturing Associate

Location: Crest Hill, IL

Shift: 3rd Shift | Monday - Friday, 9:45 PM to 6:00AM (Overtime as needed)

Pay: $19.01/hr.

Barton Staffing is currently hiring for a premier pizza manufacturing facility in Crest Hill, IL ! A brand-new 3rd Shift Cold Line (Line 4) is launching, creating immediate openings for reliable Production Associates.

Position Highlights:

• Steady Work: Full-time hours with predictable Monday-Friday scheduling.
• Growth Opportunity: Be part of a newly launched production line from day one.
• Competitive Pay: Weekly pay starting at $19.01/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Quality: Inspect and hand-pack finished pizza products to ensure top quality.
• Machine Operation: Safely operate case erectors, case packers, and case sealers.
• Line Support: Replenish production materials to keep the line running smoothly.
• Safety & Compliance: Maintain a clean workspace while following all GMP, food safety, and company safety guidelines.
• Teamwork: Promptly report any quality or safety concerns to supervisors.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a cold manufacturing environment (3rd Shift Cold Line).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards.
• Flexibility to work required overtime.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

• Must be able to train on 1st Shift before moving to 2nd Shift .
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs .
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a cold production environment .
• Basic English communication skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred but not required
