Available Shifts

1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Position Summary

We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Production Workers/Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate and monitor thermoforming machines, trim excess product, inspect quality, and assist with various production tasks. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Essential Responsibilities

Operate and monitor thermoforming machines to ensure efficient production.
Trim excess material from finished products according to specifications.
Inspect products for quality and report any defects or production issues.
Follow production schedules, work instructions, and safety procedures.
Package, label, and prepare finished products as needed.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting.
Perform additional production and warehouse duties as assigned.

Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
Must be comfortable working in a warm/hot manufacturing environment .
Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Must be available for overtime during peak production periods.
