Supervision Scott Warner, Director of Golf Andrew Walton, Head Golf Professional Experience Required PGA Associate or Member in good standing (preferred) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Experience with Golf Genius and golf shop operations preferred Passion for teaching and growing the game Professional appearance and demeanor Essential Responsibilities Assist in all daily golf operations, including tee sheet management, point-of-sale systems, and Golf Genius tournament software Provide private and group instruction, including clinics and player development programs Execute tournaments and member events, including Monday outings Support and grow junior golf programming, including PGA Jr. League Maintain golf shop standards, merchandising, and inventory control Deliver exceptional member service and uphold club standards Benefits Salary commensurate with experience Club-sponsored health insurance (50% employer contribution; eligible after 60 days) PGA dues paid beginning in 2027 Golf privileges Golf shop discounts Annual uniform allowance Paid time off after one year 50% meal discount while on duty Tournament play is considered a privilege and is determined based on staff hierarchy. #J-18808-Ljbffr
