PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:

• Work history/resume/employment history must have 24 months of current CT / Computed Tomography experience [required]
• Skills Checklist must be specific to the discipline listed on the job; CT / Computed Topography – [required]
• Active IA radiology license at time of submission – [highly preferred] [document]
• ARRT / American Registry of Radiologic Technologists certificate – [required] [document]
• Professional Reference/Reference Check - charge/supervisor/nurse manager/director/CNO/COO performance evaluation/reference from within 24 months of today's date [preferred]
• AHA/American Heart Association or ARC/AMERICAN RED CROSS BLS - Basic Life Support – [required]
• Driver’s License [document] [required]

Certification Requirements

• ARRT
• BLS

State License Requirements

• Iowa
