Bilingual Front Office Coordinator Location: Salem, OR PAY: $16.00–$19.00 per hour DOE Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Position Overview We are seeking a Bilingual English/Spanish Front Office Coordinator to support a busy professional office. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, comfortable multitasking, and enjoys working with people. Bilingual English/Spanish is required. Front Office & Customer Service Greet visitors and applicants Answer phones and direct inquiries Assist applicants with paperwork and onboarding Provide professional customer service Maintain an organized front office Recruiting & Scheduling Review and respond to online applications Schedule and coordinate interviews Assist applicants throughout the hiring process Conduct employment verification callsAdminister skills assessments Maintain accurate applicant records and documentation Assist with applicant follow-up and communication Administrative Support Enter and maintain information in computer systems Maintain confidential records and files Assist with timecard collection and payroll-related processes Provide administrative support to the recruiting team Complete general office tasks as needed Qualifications Bilingual English/Spanish required Strong communication and customer service skills Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable using computers and learning new systems Able to multitask in a fast-paced office Professional, dependable, and positive attitude Previous office, reception, customer service, or recruiting experience preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East
