Location: Upper Marlboro, MD (On-site)
Compensation: $70,000 – $90,000 + Performance-Based Bonuses

How You’ll Shine in This Role
Client Partnership & Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their vision and expectations are fully understood and met.
- Maintain proactive, transparent communication with all stakeholders—including internal teams, vendors, and clients—to keep projects on track.
Project Leadership & Execution
- Lead internal departments—design, production, logistics—to deliver seamless, on-time, and within-budget events.
- Develop detailed proposals, cost estimates, and presentations that effectively capture client needs and showcase creative solutions.
- Oversee onsite installations, supervise teams, and make critical decisions that uphold our high quality standards.
Financial & Logistical Management
- Manage project budgets exceeding six figures with precision, ensuring profitability without compromising quality.
- Coordinate logistics, timelines, and resources to ensure smooth execution from start to finish.
Team & Cross-Department Collaboration
- Act as the linchpin for communication between clients, experiential designers, production teams, and operations.
- Work closely with your Project Coordinator to keep logistics organized and issues swiftly resolved.

- Experience: 3+ years managing complex, high-profile events from start to finish.
- Relationship Skills: Outstanding interpersonal skills with a knack for building rapport with high-end clients.
- Financial Savvy: Confident in managing six-figure budgets, with a solid understanding of project profitability.
- Resilience & Decisiveness: Ability to stay calm under pressure and make clear decisions during challenging situations.
