Job Description:

Key Qualifications:

• Experience with JDK 8 APIs and constructs required.
• Bonus for Java 9+ Maven, GitHub, and either Eclipse or IntelliJ.
• macOS experience preferred.
• Spring Boot experience, not just the Spring Framework or Spring Data.
• Strong database skills, both relational and NoSQL (any NoSQL is ok, MongoDB or Cassandra preferred) Data modeling in both relational and NoSQL Experience in native DB access (i.e. outside of ORM and Spring Data APIs)
• Concurrent programming experience.

At least one of the following:

• Strong familiarity with the java.util.concurrent package Reactive Streams and/or Project Reactor Event-driven architectures
• Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• The candidate will be responsible for building large scale platforms that will support future Customer Systems engineering applications.
• He/She will help build our next generation platform services that will deliver scalable, highly reliable solutions.
