Structural Coordinator/EIT

Responsibilities Prepare structural analysis models under the guidance of senior engineers using software such as ETABS, RAM Structural System, SAFE, and RISA. Develop digital building models and details in Revit. Independently perform equipment anchorage calculations and design. Work independently on small projects or assist more senior engineers on larger projects. Perform basic structural calculations and design structural members in steel, concrete, masonry, and timber. Perform field observations and attend team meetings representing structural engineering. Preferred Qualifications Engineer in Training (EIT) certificate. Candidate hired without an EIT will have the title of “Coordinator” and will be expected to obtain their EIT for career progression. Previous structural design experience (internship or full‑time work experience) is a plus. Master’s degree. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, RISA, STAAD, SAP, Tedds, RAM, ETABS, SAFE, or similar. Attitude and commitment to participating in an employee‑owned culture. Compensation The expected compensation range for this position is $71,000 – $94,000 and depends upon skills, experience, education, and geographic location.
