Automotive Finance Manager / F&I ManagerMelloy Los Lunas is looking for an experienced, producing Automotive Finance Manager / F&I Manager who knows how to generate strong finance production while delivering an excellent customer experience.With Ford, Chevrolet, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram dealerships at our Los Lunas location, we are looking for an experienced automotive finance professional who understands the entire F&I process, from structuring and presenting a deal to lender relationships, product presentation, funding and customer follow-up.This is not an entry-level finance position.If you can produce, protect the deal, take care of the customer and get contracts funded quickly, we want to talk to you.What We're Looking ForOur ideal Finance Manager can consistently produce strong results in:Finance PVR / PRUF&I product penetrationVehicle Service Contract (VSC) penetrationGAP penetrationMaintenance and protection productsFinance reserve and back-end grossProducts per retailMenu and product presentationDeal structure and lender selectionApproval conversionContract accuracyCIT and funding turnaroundCustomer satisfaction and CSIYou should be able to document your production and performance.We're not looking for someone who simply held the Finance Manager title. We want someone who can show us what they produced.ResponsibilitiesPresent financing and F&I products professionally to every eligible customerStructure deals to maximize approvals, profitability and customer satisfactionMaintain strong relationships with banks, credit unions, captive lenders and other automotive finance sourcesWork effectively with captive and indirect lendersSecure competitive approvals across a wide range of credit situationsMaintain strong F&I gross and product penetrationComplete contracts and finance paperwork accurately and efficientlyEnsure deals are clean, complete and ready for fundingFollow up immediately on lender stipulations and missing documentationKeep CIT under control and contracts moving toward fundingMaintain dealership, lender, manufacturer, state and federal complianceWork closely with sales managers and salespeople to structure and close dealsFollow through on promises made to customersCreate an experience that makes customers want to do business with Melloy Los Lunas againQualificationsPrevious automotive dealership Finance Manager / F&I Manager experience requiredProven F&I production with measurable resultsStrong PVR and product penetration historyEstablished lender relationshipsStrong understanding of automotive lending and deal structureExperience with prime, near-prime and subprime creditFord, Chevrolet, GM, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram or other domestic dealership experience preferredFord Credit, GM Financial and/or Stellantis Financial Services experience is a plusStrong knowledge of VSC, GAP, maintenance and ancillary F&I productsExcellent paperwork, compliance and organizational habitsStrong communication, presentation and closing skillsAbility to maximize both approvals and profitabilityStrong customer-service and follow-up mentalityAbility to perform in a fast-paced dealership environmentProduction Matters.
