Staff Management | SMX is growing our team at a brand-new facility in Muncy, PA , and we are looking for dependable, motivated people to help support our client's essential daily operations. We offer both full-time and part-time positions with Monday-Friday schedules, weekly pay, and medical and dental benefits.

Warehouse & Packaging Associates

• Team Leads: 1st & 2nd Shift
• Maintenance: 1st & 2nd Shift
• Forklift Operators: 1st & 2nd Shift
• Warehouse Associate: 2nd Shift

Part-time: Schedules may vary between 7am - 7pm

• 3pm - 7pm Shift

Job Responsibilities

• Operate Tri-Seal production line stations to support safe, efficient manufacturing and warehouse operations.
• Perform packing, hand packing, rework, inspections, and visual quality checks to ensure manufacturing quality standards are met.
• Assist with line clearances, changeovers, and minor equipment adjustments to minimize downtime.
• Support 5S workplace organization and perform routine lubrication checks under plant technician supervision.
• Move, stage, and handle raw materials, work in process (WIP), finished goods, and product returns to maintain production flow.
• Follow safety, quality, production and operational procedures while contributing to daily production goals.

• Must be at least 18 years old

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $17.25 - $18.85 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
