Job Description Job Description About the Role: Production Assembly position 2nd shift Shawano, WI (four 10-hour shifts, Monday - Thursday) plays a critical role in the manufacturing process by assembling components and products according to established specifications and quality standards. This role ensures that production targets are met efficiently while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The individual will collaborate closely with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot minor issues and support continuous improvement initiatives. Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols are essential to prevent defects and ensure product reliability. Ultimately, this position contributes directly to the company’s ability to deliver high-quality products to customers on time. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to read and interpret basic assembly instructions and blueprints. Basic mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment. Familiarity with safety standards and quality control procedures. Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
