Wealth Management Advisor (potential partnership) Mission Woods, KS | Hybrid An established and growingwealth management firm is seeking a Wealth Adviso rto join a high-performing, collaborative team focused on serving affluent professionals and business owners. This is a salary based opportunity. If you’re currently at a larger firm where you feel like a number—or lack a clear path to meaningful growth—this role offers a more entrepreneurial environment with the infrastructure to support your success. What You’ll Do Build and grow relationships with high-income professionals and business owners Drive new business through consistent outreach, networking, and referrals Take ownership of client relationships, with the opportunity to transition and manage existing clients over time Lead conversations around investment strategies, retirement planning, and entity-level planning Maintain a high level of activity: ~20 client/prospect meetings per week Follow a proven activity model Partner with team members to deliver a high-quality, relationship-driven client experience Stay disciplined and organized in managing pipeline, follow-ups, and client systems What Makes This Opportunity Different Team-Based, Not Siloed : You’ll collaborate with experienced advisors and have access to mentorship and shared ideas—without sacrificing your independence No Product Pressure : Focus on holistic planning—no rigid minimums, just goal-oriented planning that serves the client Entrepreneurial Environment : Your activity and initiative directly drive your success—no corporate ceiling Operational Leverage That Accelerates Growth : Once you earn the client’s “yes,” our established operations team steps in immediately—handling onboarding with a white-glove experience so you can stay focused on what you do best: building relationships and generating new business What Success Looks Like Consistent activity leading to steady AUM growth Strong ability to build trust and convert opportunities into long‑term relationships High level of accountability, organization, and follow‑through Active participation in a team environment while building your individual practice What We’re Looking For 5–7+ years of experience in wealth management or financial advising Proven track record of business development and client acquisition Ability to speak to annual AUM growth and new assets brought in Strong investment knowledge (more critical than insurance experience) Experience working with affluent clients, business owners, or professionals Highly motivated, activity‑driven, and organized Desire to grow within a team environment that still rewards individual ownership Licensing SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 (required or ability to obtain) Ideal Candidate Profile Coming from a larger firm and looking for more control, visibility, and impact Wants to be part of a team culture , but still build something of their own Values relationships, trust, and long‑term client success Coachable, driven, and excited about growth #J-18808-Ljbffr
