eProductivity Software is hiring for a Sales Development Manager to join our team. This individual will focus on executing sales specifically for the corrugated/packaging industry. This is a telecommute position, but the individual needs to sit in Europe. This person will report to the VP, EMEA / APAC

Manage all full-cycle sales activities within assigned territory including prospecting, client development, sales of emerging product and multi-product sales, onsite customer presentations, and sales campaigns.

Develop & maintain a robust territory pipeline to generate new account sales

Provide timely and accurate territory reporting, forecasting to sales management utilizing salesforce.com.

Develop specific regional plans to ensure revenue growth in all eProductivity Software's EPS Packaging products.

Leverage eProductivity Software resources and capabilities inside Marketing, Sales, and the Business Unit towards the achievement of goals.

Provide regular feedback to marketing, sales, and product management regarding products

Establish and build relationships with eProductivity Software sales and technical support.

Communicate regularly through personal visits, telephone calls, etc. with key contacts; field traveling is a must (50%).

Attend all assigned tradeshows, open houses, association and other eProductivity Software events.

Achieve revenue targets within operating budgets.

10+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally with several years in enterprise software sales

Proven full-cycle sales experience, not only lead generation or account support

Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders

Experience selling to senior leaders, ideally C-level, VP, Director or business owner level

Proven quota ownership and consistent target achievement

Experience with high-value deals, ideally six-figure or seven-figure opportunities

Ability to build and manage a territory or strategic account plan

Strong discovery, presentation, proposal and negotiation skills

Strong understanding of customer pain points and ability to position software around business value and ROI

Ability to work independently and manage a remote/territory-based sales process

Strong written and verbal communication skills
