We produce content at campaign scale—hundreds of videos, millions of impressions, rapid‑response storytelling across every platform. Our focus is strengthening American democracy through election reform. We are focused on solving the Primary Problem: closed party primaries disenfranchise millions of voters and disincentivize our leaders from solving problems. Open, all‑candidate primaries increase participation, improve representation, and dampen polarization. We are here to win open primaries on the state level in order to enfranchise millions of voters and liberate dozens of members of Congress. We need a Chief of Staff to act as the connective tissue of the entire operation, turning the President’s vision into executed reality across creative, distribution, analytics, and partnerships. You'll be the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks in a system that moves at the speed of culture. Denver, CO highly preferred, with relocation support offered. Exceptional remote candidates may be considered. About the Role This is an operating role with real ownership and visibility. You’ll sit at the center of the organization and help ensure that priorities turn into outcomes. You will: Turn strategy into action . Take high‑level narrative strategy and break it into executable plans with clear owners, deadlines, and OKRs. Keep operations moving . Own the cadence and coordination behind a communications engine producing 15+ pieces of content per week across video, social, paid media, and long‑form. You keep the trains running so that the creative team can stay in flow. Extend leadership capacity . Step into key conversations, prepare materials, and anticipate challenges before they slow progress. Flag the problem before it becomes a fire. You have the judgment to represent leadership without needing a script. Connect teams . Creative, analytics, partnerships, political strategy—you sit at the intersection and make sure these teams aren't operating in silos. When something's stuck, you unstick it. Build systems that scale . Design workflows, reporting structures, and decision‑making processes so the team can move quickly without losing clarity.
