About the Role

The role requires a leader with a proven track record in stakeholder and project management, who can influence without formal authority and is adept at building trust. The ideal candidate will be a systems thinker, capable of designing executive operating rhythms and decision-making frameworks, and a high-velocity execution partner with the grit to hold leadership teams accountable. Additionally, the Chief of Staff should be an AI evangelist, with the ability to lead the disciplined adoption of AI and build internal capabilities.
