The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to play a pivotal role in the organization's mission to break the cycle of intergenerational poverty. The successful candidate will be a trusted thought partner, strategic advisor, and highly effective operator, responsible for guiding organizational strategy, fostering alignment across leadership, and scaling the impact through operational effectiveness. This role involves leading strategic planning, enhancing processes, and promoting cross-team collaboration to meet multi-year growth and impact targets. The Chief of Staff will also serve as a proxy manager and coach for regional Executive Directors, ensuring local impact aligns with national metrics and organizational goals. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' of organizational leadership experience in a dynamic nonprofit, with a proven track record in project management, executive decision-making, and communication. The role requires a deep commitment to the values of the organization, including a passion for breaking the cycle of intergenerational poverty and a belief in the power of parents to lead their families. The ideal candidate will have advanced data analysis skills, experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion, and exceptional relationship-building and communication abilities. Experience in direct service, policy, or technical assistance, as well as direct lived experience with the organization's issue areas, is a plus. The Chief of Staff will be a strategic partner to the Executive Team, managing and coaching the regional Executive Directors, and driving alignment across the organization.
