We build small, highly intentional exec roundtables based on industry & roles. Meaningful relationships are at the heart of everything we do. Our vision is to build these ecosystems city by city, starting in Colorado. We're hiring our first operator to make TEN indispensable for tech leaders and to build the systems that let us scale it nationally. About the Role This is a Chief of Staff role - with full ownership over how TEN operates. You’ll work directly with the founder - turning ideas into consistently exceptional member experiences and building the systems required to scale. You will own the operational backbone of the business, with real responsibility for how TEN runs day-to-day and how it grows. What You’ll Own Build and run the operational backbone of TEN - systems, processes, and infrastructure that scale to 150+ members in Colorado and then multiple markets Ensure operational excellence and consistency across all member touch points - every event, communication, and interaction reflects TEN's premium standard Partner with the founder on member feedback, sponsor relationships, and operational scaling decisions Lead execution of all events - ensuring consistency, quality, and scalability Develop communication systems that keep members engaged and connected Manage internal tools and workflows (CRM, member portal, processes) Handle logistics, vendors, contracts, and scheduling What Success Looks Like (6–12 Months) TEN runs seamlessly - events, onboarding, and communication operate without friction Systems are in place to support continued growth and begin expansion into new cities The founder's capacity is expanded and is fully focused on member outcomes, growth, partnerships, and building new offerings - not operations.
