Hospice RN On-Call — After-Hours Patient Care
Silverado
Silverado Hospice is hiring an RN On-Call to provide after-hours support and timely assessments for patients and families in the Kyle area and surrounding communities. You will help ensure continuity of care and respond to changes in condition with clinical expertise and compassion. You lead patient-centered care, coordinate services across settings, and document visits within 24 hours. This full-time, on-call role requires flexibility, a valid RN license, and reliable transportation. #J-18808-Ljbffr Silverado
