What You'll Do

As a Licensed Sales Producer , you'll play a vital role in helping individuals and families protect what matters most.

Your responsibilities will include:

✅ Building strong relationships with prospective clients

✅ Following up on company-provided leads

✅ Generating new business through outbound prospecting

✅ Identifying customers' insurance needs

✅ Recommending personalized coverage solutions

✅ Conducting policy reviews and educating clients

✅ Delivering exceptional customer service

✅ Consistently achieving and exceeding sales goals

Previous sales experience is preferred, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn can take you just as far.

✅ Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of sales experience preferred
• Minimum 2 years of customer service or sales-related experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and computer skills
• Ability to build trust and rapport with customers
• Property & Casualty License preferred
• • Must obtain after hire if not currently licensed
• Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply

Location: Spring, Texas

Compensation & Earning Potential

We believe exceptional performance should be rewarded accordingly.

Base Pay

Licensed Entry-Level Candidates

• Starting at approximately $15/hour

Experienced Licensed Professionals

• $17 - $18/hour

Plus:

Uncapped tiered commission structure

Performance-based earnings potential between $30,000 and $90,000+ annually
