Position Summary Senior Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and TransformationJoin Deloitte’s Finance Transformation team and help clients modernize the future of finance. In this role, you will work with Finance and Technology leaders to address complex challenges across finance strategy, operating model design, technology, data, and artificial intelligence. Our services include strategy development, road mapping, strategic PMO, enterprise value creation, and finance automation and innovation.QualificationsRequired:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or Economics3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or consulting in finance strategy, finance transformation, finance technology, finance data and artificial intelligence, capital strategy, or cost optimizationExperience developing financial models or business casesExperience with finance technology, enterprise resource planning, enterprise performance management, finance data, or artificial intelligence-enabled solutionsExperience supporting or managing transformation project workstreams, including deliverables, timelines, scope, and stakeholder materialsAbility to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.Preferred:Master of Business Administration, Master of Science in Finance, or another advanced degreeExperience with SAP, Oracle, Workday, Anaplan, OneStream, Power BI, or TableauExperience supporting business cases or financial models for mergers and acquisitions, transformation, cost optimization, or capital allocation initiativesExperience assessing finance technology, artificial intelligence, or regulatory trendsExperience supporting proposals, client pursuits, or thought leadership materialsExperience coaching or mentoring junior team membersThe wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $116,200 to $229,100.You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
