I'm currently partnering with a leading global consulting organisation seeking an experienced Senior Compensation Consultant to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a compensation professional who enjoys working with clients, solving complex reward challenges, and delivering strategic compensation solutions. 8+ years of compensation consulting or related HR advisory experience Strong expertise in compensation strategy, market pricing, and benchmarking Experience with job evaluation, salary structures, and pay equity analysis Ability to advise senior stakeholders on compensation and total rewards programmes Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Experience managing multiple client engagements and projects Deliver compensation consulting solutions for a diverse client portfolio Conduct market analysis and compensation benchmarking Design and review salary structures and incentive programmes Partner with clients to address compensation and workforce challenges Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership teams Support business development and client relationship activities #Compensation #TotalRewards #HRConsulting #CompensationConsultant #HumanResources #PayEquity #Reward #ChicagoJobs #Hiring #J-18808-Ljbffr
